I ranked first in the Jade League of the Blooming Heart tournament. it looks like that tournament time has expired, but I did not get the reward and the tournament did not reset to the goo peashooter tournament. please fix this issue. thanks a lot.
Tournament normally resets at 5pm GMT so according to the countdown it has just under 4 hours left.
This is a public forum, not EA HELP ( tap EA HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page), so just posting a problem and saying fix it will get you nowhere.
If you are missing tournament rewards contact them directly, give them your player id number and some relevant screenshots and report it as missing content.
They are usually pretty good at restoring missing goodies, but you have to ask them.

if you tap HELP CENTER at the bottom of the page you can contact EA HELP CENTER about your missing gifts, it is an english language help center and i dont know if there is a vietnamese help center.
you will need your player i.d. number and useful screenshots might help.
