There is nothing wrong, this week's Penny is using old 1x zomboss fight in 24 hours and 24 minutes fuel refresh settings.
Not sure why the decision was made like this but the new and more player friendly 12 hourly zomboss fight and 16 minutes fuel refresh will be back on the next Quest.
