Where are missle toe, electric currant, et Al?
Those plants aren't available in my roster, they are not there. I've played against other players and THEY have the mistle to plant or the electric currant. Why can't I find and use it?

These plants become available on their weeks, this time is Cold Snapdragon, Electric Currant was like 20 weeks ago along Missile toe, you just need to wait. Be sure to save 100 gems for Aloe and Electric Currant
Yes, I have played electric currant in the past and the mistle toe (?), but it's not in my roster. Neither is snow globe (?) and others.
