That does not sound good, so the next two options would be
1) Contact EA HELP CENTER for asistance
2) Re-install your game (just be sure to have it backed up first just in case)

You might also try opening up a level and then quit the level. I seem to recall that working a couple times.
- 6 years ago@eieio_31310 3 different person of Ea help told me to troubleshoot almost with the same words.
- linuxPigPen6 years agoSeasoned Ace@HenryThePear They can be occasionally ill informed en masse, can't they? I would almost bet they have a menu when they look at your report and say, "Let's send this guy answer #13."

I have it happen occasionally as well and I just close the World and re-open. May take a few tries sometimes and it is simply annoying
