have you read from EA_Cath above, " REMINDER: Write down or Screenshot your Player ID"
if you want move to other device, new device.. please Sync first with email where save data player, and its only one ID, one Email. If success, you can move to other... but if not sync, will remove, there are the last game you save/sync.
but if have ready, you can call email.. there will comfirn the game profil want play it
IF still not working, contact EA HELP below... ( disscuss here can not solve your problem) EA_Cath has move to PZV-Replanted
