Our development team is already aware of this issue and they are still investigating the cause of the issues. They are working to address it as soon as humanly possible, However, we don't have an estimated time of resolution right now. Possibly related to multiple devices.

What info? I know that your technical team is working diligently.. what we are confuse about is why in EA forum, they claimed the streak reset is part of the game, yet you are still considering this as a bug ... is it a game plan or reset streak is not supposed to happen? Because if you are claiming they will fix it, you are giving us something to wait for (but hopefully real one)
We just need to know if reseting 7 streak is how it supposed to happen so we can move on

The in-game features are designed by Developers and can not be changed. Games are based on mechanism and algorithm.
Now as a customer support representative level, I'll make sure to forward it further to my concern department. I really appreciate for bringing this to our notice.
as you can see, they dont have concrete answer, but I will just assume this is by design.. its still annoying because it seems like EA customer service doesnt know what’s going on.. SMH
