There has been server issues yesterday so your problem might have been related, could you try again?
I don’t think so, this happened a few weeks ago and I keep trying to contact support but they don’t actually respond, is there any way to get in contact with an actual human through support. Since I don’t have my player id written down, is it possible for them to get it back, I have receipts of purchases and shouldn’t they be able to track which account that purchase was made?

The reason I thought your issue was related to yesterdays server outage was because you posted this question 11 hours ago but as you have no player ID then the advisor will have no idea which of the hundreds if not thousnds of unused account to work on, so the chance of recovering your account is frankly slim.
Anyway, a suggestion has been given by one of the mods on contacting EA via chat (see link below)
However, with purchase receipts of non-consumable items such as cash premium plants, I know there is an option for them to be credited to you new account (with their discretions on the proof of purchases of course).
