There's nothing much to level up with Thyme warp and gold leaf.
There is sun cost, being used out of world, recharge & all that other stuff! I heard that thyme warp was gonna have one, but they removed it at the last second.
- @ZombotTuskmaster Both of those plants are just so totally useless, I'm going to have to go with. "Meh. I don't care."
