Why EA Help closed my case without contact me?

I lost my progress, so disappointed. I just check with EA Help, he cannot find any profile linked to my player ID.

I spent more thant a year on pvz2, I have unlocked many palnts, and some plants have been leveled up to lvl10.

I thought my profile was linked to my email. Who would have known the player ID was important when the game worked fine?
