Why I have adds, when I shouldn’t have them?

Dear Electronic Arts, I have a problem which appeared when I logged in today in my main account. My account now has adds, after all my currency gone. I can’t thank you enough, that you fixed the currency issue, but the adds button hadn’t disappeared. I hadn’t that button, since I bought a lot of premium plants when this button hadn’t existed. But because of the currency bug it appeared. If you could fix that issue, I would be happy. My account ID is on the screenshot.

same case here. got my data back but i get ads despite purchasing 4 times already.

Same issue, I have been playing this game for over 6 years and purchased many items, which got rid of the ads.&nbsp; EA needs to fix this. This has been a bad year for this game with all the bugs they have introduced.

Me too. Some coins and diamonds still missing.&nbsp;Random adds popping up should at least give a reward?&nbsp;&nbsp;
