How did you 'forced sync data' on your game?
Did you install the game on a new device or did you re-install the game on the old (the same) device and then perform a forced sync data and lost your progress?
Anyway, as a last resort, If you have your original player ID, I suggest to contact the help Center by following the link at the bottom of tis page.
