Wrongly forced sync data after game install in new devicew

Dear EA team, I was wrongly sync data after new installation... After this I have lost my previous data and achievements Plz find my previous data from my ID and restore in the game Thanks

How did you 'forced sync data' on your game?

Did you install the game on a new device or did you re-install the game on the old (the same) device and then perform a forced sync data and lost your progress?

Anyway, as a last resort, If you have your original player ID, I suggest to contact the help Center by following the link at the bottom of tis page.
