- Player ID:
- Date/Time issue started:
- Is your account connected/backed up?
- Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)?

Hi,
Device: iPad Pro 6th Gen 2022
Player ID: E5BA2C98
Date/Time issue: 2018 since moving into UK from Asia
Account Backed up: Yes, but recently deleted all user accounts and reset progress
Underage account: No
P.S - also can’t restore my purchases after deletion.
