I wanted to check if anyone is still running into this issue. If so please let us know the following information:
- Device:
- Player ID:
- Date/Time issue started:
- Is your account connected/backed up?
- Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)?

Hello, the issue still persists. Not sure, but maybe it's somehow related with country account was previously used/registered?
Anyway, here is the additional data:
- Device: Sony Xperia 1 IV
- Player ID: 8DE5FCF8-DC37-477C-B33D-1AA54B7171C2
- Date/Time issue started: not sure, more than a year ago
- Is your account connected/backed up? yes
- Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)? no
Would like to note EA support is not much helpful here sending to the general EA mobile games troubleshooting page and google support despite the fact issue is relevant only to PvZ2 and not any other applications.
