Seeing if resetting works.
I am experiencing the same issue:
"User Not Authorized – You are not authorized to purchase on this device".
This has been happening on my account for around 2 years.
Game is installed from Google Play and purchases work in other apps.
EA Support documented this as a bug and escalated it to the game team.

- Player ID: Helenid
- Date/Time issue started: since backed up
- Is your account connected/backed up? Yes
- Are you playing on a underage account (in-game or on the device)? No
