Bamboo Shoot should have a reload animation

This is a tiny thing compared to everything else, but it has been kind of bugging me. He sits there doing nothing for seemingly 5 seconds before taking another shot which is pretty annoying. He could pull some bamboo out the ground and try shove it into the pipe.

It reminds me of those movies where the protagonist takes their time to press a button to save everyone for seemingly no reason.
