I have a question about pvz 3 and the developers
how do we actually know the feedback is being listened to at all (no hate intended) because this game has been in development for years and has had complaints for years as well and nothing much has changed so how can you confirm that we as the community are ACTUALLY being heard
Community Manager@Screend00rzombie That is a valid question. So, with the soft launch, all of the feedback we receive from players across multiple social channels is being directed back to the team to make those changes. With our new CM Nick, part of his collaboration with myself and the other CMs here is to gather as much of the feedback as we can to send to them to make any necessary changes now in the game, this way when worldwide launch hits (no date set yet) the game is more updated and balanced for players.
You may not see these changes right away but there are quite a few of the same pieces of feedback that others have given that get noticed almost daily. Hopefully, we get to see more and more changes over the next few months that players have requested as their mission for this version is to listen to the players more about what they want from the game.
