Account access issue

I had this game in my old phone, but it broke, my account was associated to my email. I had around 100 plants. When i tried recovering my account, I couldn't, not even with my older phone, it shows two accounts I haven't played on that had less than 20 plants.

I wrote to the online chat for help and they told me to share it here.
