Main Menu and Progress Access

Hello! PvZ3 must have a main menu like previous games, where you can access things like settings, achievements (if there are any), and linking progression. One thing I noticed is that if I reinstall the game or install it somewhere else, I have to go through that whole long tutorial again to relink my account with progress???????
