Just out of curiosity how should the map layouts and the gimmicks like rain night and mechanics like water surge and unsodded tiles work

my idea is the map is the map is random but the opposing side gets a buff or need when something happens

More unsodded tiles then zombie packets have a slower recharge time or when there is rain and zombie packets have a faster recharge timer
