They should act to listen advise.

If you subscribe talkweb's pvz2 and pvz account, you will find that now they really listen to palyers and act actively to do someting make players comfort. There is no matter to listen players advice. Like the players view for pvz, problem and bugs fixure require, music problem and gaming advice.

Just like goods, when you listen to them and follow something, that pays off. 

(I heared one piece of news says, because the boss listen to netmates advice and make umbrella in the reqire netmates suggest,the umbrella factory was survived. Popcap should listen too)
