Ads closing button not working

Beginning Friday, I was not able to close the ads. Nothing happens when I click on the x button. Tried rotate phone, portrait mode, etc, nothing helps. Posted on FB and confirmed others are having the same issue. Please fix. Thanks.

Level 46 bug on all characters, account maxed
Just got the game played 2 or 3 rounds, after logging off and logging back on my account is maxed out on everything. The same thing happened to my fiancé at the same time.
