Ads not appearing

Hi, I had an issue where I wasn’t able to watch the ads to receive gauntlets.  I read somewhere to delete the game and re-install…which I did.  That process worked for one cycle and now the option to watch is still grayed out…and there is no reset timer as to when I would be able to “earn” more.  This has been going on for a few weeks not but yesterday was the first time I deleted and reinstalled.  Thanks so much!  My player ID is:
