Can’t collect my daily rewards!!

I can’t collect my 10 gems &nbsp;daily reward.😡 I try many times to collect it but I can’t. I even reset my iPad for 3 times and it still the same. Am 10 seeds away from getting my sour shot! Please help me EAand give me more gems for apologize please 🤑
