Can't recover account

Hi,

I want to recover my account to play on a new phone.

Everytime I select the account (like in screenshot) and then the error about the internet connection appears. It's not from the internet connection since I tested on multiple internet providers and I get the same error. The internet works fine, I mean without internet I couldn't find my old profile to select.

Please help!
