Connection Error 004:4004 and 004:1012 - Cannot enter the game

Hello,

 

I cannot enter Plants vs. Zombies 3: Evolved. I keep getting Connection Error.

 

Error codes:

- 004:1012 → The game is currently unavailable, please check back again later.

- 004:4004 → Unable to connect. Please check your internet connection and try again.

 

I already tried:

- Restart phone

- Clear cache and data

- Switch Wi-Fi / Mobile data

- VPN (USA, Netherlands, Germany)

- Reinstall the game

 

Still the same error. My internet works fine with other games.

 

Device: (Samsung Galaxy A56)

Game version: 30.4.9

Country: United States (Iran was not available in the registration country list, so I selected USA)

 

Please help. Thank you.

    Thanks for including the error codes and everything you’ve already tried.

    One important detail here is the region. According to the current Plants vs. Zombies 3: Evolved FAQ, the game is presently supported only in Ireland, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore. Neither the United States nor Iran is currently listed as a supported region.

    Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend doing more reinstalls or network troubleshooting at this point. Using a VPN also won’t necessarily bypass regional availability or account/store eligibility.
