Data lost

I lost all my plants and progress in Plants vs Zombies 2 after reinstalling the game.

My account is already connected to my email, and in the past when I reinstalled, my progress was successfully restored. This time, however, everything was reset to zero.

Could you please restore my previous progress and plants?
