Likewise. It took the PvZ2 team almost 3 weeks to fix the access to Penny’s Pursuit, so I wouldn’t hold your breath with the advertisements access being fixed any time soon. These have not been working for me for over 3 weeks now, & it has really spoiled the gameplay, & makes progress virtually impossible without spending money. There are many things that the team has got right in terms of keeping the gameplay fresh & interesting (including the recent Harvest event), but taking almost a month to fix these bug issues is way beyond acceptable.
However, what has antagonised me even more, is that there is a fault with one of the drop-down menus on the contact support page (console - see attached), which stops you from raising a ticket. This must be the 5th time I have mentioned this on these forums, yet still no reply from the game programming/maintenance team, & still no fix! I feel like I am being deliberately stonewalled. It shows such a lack of consideration & respect towards its own customers. An organisation of this size should be better organised & have a customer support team that you can actually contact/speak to.
