Community ManagerHi 7b0bad747af0d34d , I believe your daughter has an EA child account, which prevents her from playing any type of games online as underage accounts are restricted from using online features for legal reasons.
There isn't a way to change these details until the account is old enough to use a full unrestricted account instead, except using different accounts alltogether.
So when did EA change this rule so now my daughter can not enjoy the game to its capacity when it is a PEGI 7 title it makes no sense there is no voice chat or text chat why would you restrict this game that is clearly made for children to not be able to play it?
