Plants vs zombies heroes online no match found

Morning guys I have a problem, whenever I try to play an online match it searches and says no match found. This is surely a bug or an error because the game is still active. Please advise guys

You need to put the language of your phone in english from the US or Canada

Level 46 bug on all characters, account maxed
Just got the game played 2 or 3 rounds, after logging off and logging back on my account is maxed out on everything. The same thing happened to my fiancé at the same time.
