Progress lost in an update

Clicked on the app and it downloaded an update and once it finished it had deleted all my progress and put me back to the start. I was up to level 20 in Future world , done all things to get it back but it’s gone and done live chat and they can’t help . You can see all my achievements on game centre to prove I was up to that but nothing they can do to fix it they said just a bug :(
