Pvz gw2 mystery portal not letting me out

I was finally able to get into the mystery portal by reinstalling the game. Now that I'm in there, it won't let me leave. No option to go back. I restart the console and I'm right back in the mystery portal. How do I get out, and how do switch plants/zombies while in there?
