PVZ2 Bugs still not fixed
Hi,
It has taken the PvZ2 team 3 weeks to finally fix the access to Penny’s Pursuit. However, I am still unable to watch advertisements for free, in order to obtain coins & Gems, which makes competing in areas such as the Arena impossible without spending real money.
So my first point is simply, why has it taken so long to fix the Penny’s Pursuit bug? ; & why have the advertisements (which I assume makes the company money) still not been fixed, particularly as this is getting for a month now.
There are many things that the team has got right in terms of keeping the gameplay fresh & interesting (including the recent Harvest event), but taking almost a month to fix these bug issues is way beyond acceptable.
However, what has antagonised me even more, is that there is a fault with one of the drop-down menus on the contact support page (console - see attached), which stops you from raising a ticket. This must be the 5th time I have mentioned this on these forums, yet still no reply from the game programming/maintenance team, & still no fix! I feel like I am being deliberately stonewalled. For me, this shows a blatant lack of consideration & lack of respect towards its own customers - not even an explanation or the courtesy of any kind of response. An organisation of this size should be better organised & have a customer support team that you can actually contact/speak to.
