We are having serious issues logging into the game with our EA accounts. When we try, we get a server error and are prompted to restart the game, but that doesn't help because the error keeps happening over and over again. Please look into this as soon as possible and fix it. Thanks.

After the newest Content update 2 (30.1.3),I can't link my EA account anymore and get my dates back.
When I tried to link the account,it will show me an error report and tell me to reboot the game,and this error report will come up again,and after another reboot,this error report will still be there,over and over again.I can't launch the game at all.I tried to delete the APP dates and try to link the EA account many times,but it doesn't work.
This is a serious problem,I can't play the game(with my dates of my account) anymore.I would be appreciated if you guys could fix this issue as soon as possible.

It looks like everyone has same issue to log in the game, including me. PVZ 3 keeps asking to restart the game many times and it still doesnt work. Please fix it so we can play it again

Thanks for your report. I suspect this issue might be related to your logging in from a region outside the soft launch.
Could you confirm the region you're playing from?
After the update, I get an error when trying to log in with my EA account, and it seems I'm not the only one—there are many others. This really affects the gaming experience and makes me worry that I won't be able to recover the account I've invested so much time in. Is there a solution?
