Unable to progress day 4 task 14/15

Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. The menu to spend taco tickets on Day 4 on 14/15 tasks
What kind of issue do you have? Game won’t progress
What happens when the bug occurs? After pressing “Investigate Footprints” the game won’t progress onto next cutscene and instead the map freezes and wont move. I’m still able to bring up other menus and even play new levels. It requires 2 taco tickets to do the task and I have 5.
What do you expect to see? The next task to happen and cutscene occur.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No clue might have to do with me skipping cutscenes prior to the bug but the game just won’t progress.

Currently on level 71 in game. I have already tried full delete and reinstall and even restarting the phone. Game is also at latest patch.
