Unable to Restore Progress

Since the Disco Zombie & Plantern update A lot of people had the issue of the game not being able to Launch properly, which made us reinstall the game and when we try to Connect To Google play it always gives error and doesn't let us Load our saved data, and Connect with EA Account also doesn't work at all doesn't register any kind of Account

    1. What is the error you are seeing when you try to connect?
    2. Could you provide your Player ID?
    3. What's your device's make and model?
    4. Was the game downloaded via the play store?
    5. What region is your google play store?

    If there is any other information you think may help please do add them!
