‘No connection’ when connected to wifi

When I open the app it says I have no connection and that there has been an error. I am connected to WiFi and it works perfectly on my phone but not my iPad. (I had to crop the photo for the file size to be small enough to upload on here if you’re wondering why it looks weird)

  • In that case, you could try and set up a case with EA Help here, explaining your issue: https://help.ea.com/en/plants-vs-zombies/plants-vs-zombies-heroes/. Just pick the appropriate topic/s and place as much detail about your issue as you can manage! Follow the steps provided.

    There are also 2 other things I can do to help you or that I suggest to you and others 🙂:

    1. I can actually raise this issue to an EA Community Manager and see if they have any update on this connection issue situation if you would like!
    2. I suggest to others that experience this issue to post it here on the forums and to give as much detail as they possibly can add to it, and perhaps the techniques they have used to try and fix it!

    Problem is still ongoing.  As i stated I've tried both my ipad and Droid phone. I've tried turning on and off wifi as well as cellular.  I've also reinstalled it on both devices.  Definitely problem seems to be on their end.

  • @Remywems I did same. I downloaded on my phone. Still have problem. My friend also has same problem. I think they messed things up with new update.

    Most likely caused by the update then? I have not actually installed this update yet, but I think I will hold of unless I come across this same problem. Yep, most likely a server side issue then!

    ITS WORZKING
    Its working OMG, I am soooooop happy. I didn’t realize quite how addicted I was until it was gone!!!!!! It’s the only game I play.
