“EA account is invalid”
Everytime I try to play an EA game it says my EA account is invalid. But I’ve never made an EA account I’ve only used my Xbox account.

I said every EA game I’ve owned and every DLC I’ve bought. I can’t just get all of that game progress back or the DLC. I’m going to lose everything on every EA game because I changed my gamertag?

Community ManagerI'm really sorry. I understand the frustration with this as I'd hate to lose my account as well. Unfortunately, we can't do anything until you verify ownership by accurately filling out the webform.
