Help upgrading to teen account

I’m playing BFN on my Nintendo Switch. It’s making me upgrade to a teen account. Whenever I click the textbox to type in an email, it sends me back to the start.

I’ve done everything I can. I’ve cleared my cache, disconnected my EA account, and I even deleted my game data (i kinda regret that now but oh well). Whenever I sign back into Nintendo and try to play online, it brings me back to the same screen. Is there a way I could connect to a different EA account?

I have a 2nd physical copy of the game, I haven’t tried that yet because I’m pretty sure the EA account is attached to your Nintendo account. I got this game a couple years ago and I’m not sure what EA account I used to sign in, or if it just created one when I started playing. I don’t really care about my progress anymore, I just want to play the game online. Does anyone know a solution to this?
