10-hour free trial on Origin (HELP)

I've wanted to try out GW2 on the pc by using Origin. I noticed that they have a free 10-hour trial, I downloaded the game and then when it was finished, I'm unable to press "Start Trial" and unable to start the game. Help?! (The "Start trial' button was there but it has a tint of gray on it showing me that is unclickable)
