14 Plant and Zombie ideas for Garden Warfare 3!
Ok, first off, if any of these ideas are similar of exactly the same to someone else' ideas, I am not aware of them and cannot be charged for copying. Ok? Ok. I say this every time I post ideas about any game.
These are ideas for each class in GW2 (excluding Hover goat and Torchwood). Here they are:
Junkyard Pea- This Peashooter is a Pea from the junkyards of wherever in Suburbia. His design would likely have lots of metal parts on his head and such. Similar to Commando, Agent, nd Law Pea, Junkyard Pea does not feature splash damage, but instead fires a cluster of five small peas in a X shape; one in the middle, 4 around the edges. The pea in the middle of the X would move forward in perfect accuracy, while the other four peas would spread heavily as they go forward. This means that the Junkyard Pea would have to act like a true Close-Combat Flank type. Each pea would do around 10-15 damage at close range dropping off to 5-8 damage at range.
Cyclone Chomper- I thought of two different ideas for a Cyclone Chomper, so here are both:
1) This Chomper is similar to Yeti Chomper, in which he fires projectiles rather than a spray or just chomping. The projectiles he would fire would be tiny tornadoes that move in a straight line and are faster than Yeti Chomper's Icicles. The tornadoes would move forward and knock back enemies. They would also travel through enemies and would disappear after around 5-8 seconds in flight. They would only do around 5-10 damage however, making this Chomper more of a support character rather than a damage-dealing one.
2) The chomper would be a standard chomp chomper and would have less health, around 150 health, but move slightly faster, around Hot Rod Chomper's base movespeed. The special effect is that after chomping an enemy, the Chomper will create a Cyclone around itself that would pull enemies towards the Chomper. This effect lasts a pretty short time, however.
Frosty Sunflower- An ice-based Sunflower, this flower will freeze enemies if she attacks them enough. However, her firing method alters depending on if you aim or not. When not aiming down sights, she fires full-auto like other Sunflowers, but aim down sights, and she fires burst-fire like the Sun Pharaoh. The attacks would do around 6-8 damage to enemies, and 3-5 damage at range
Hazmat Cactus- The Hazmat Cactus is a cactus that has a toxic aura that damages enemies. In order to fit the cactus's sniper playstyle, the range of this aura is three times larger than any other aura. Most importantly, however, the spikes the Hazmat Cactus fires release their own toxic aura. This makes the Hazmat Cactus the master of spreading toxicity. The base spikes deal around 20-25 damage, and the aura would do 2 damage/ 2 sec.
Flame Citron- Armed with his custom Citrus Flamethrower, the Flame Citron lights enemies up with very high close range damage. However, he lacks the ability to attack at range, so he moves faster in Attack Mode and even faster in Ball mode. The flamethrower would do around 4 damage/sec.
Tesla Rose- The Tesla Rose fires a continuous, shocking beam of lightning that melts zombies. The beam has a long range, and can chain to up to 5 zombies. The beam would do around 2-5 damage/sec, and around 1-3 damage to chained enemies.
Aristocob- The richest Corn around, Aristocob weaponized his money against the zombies! The money he fires do weak impact damage, but crumbles on the zombie's skin, dealing decent damage. The impact damage is 1-4 damage, while the crumble does 3-5 damage.
Shock Trooper- The Shock Trooper fires shock casings that automatically detonate in midair after a short distance. These explosions stun enemies similar to the Engineer's Sonic Grenade. However, the Shock Trooper does not fire very fast and has a small magazine, making a another support-type class. The explosion damage of the casings is around 25 damage.
Blacksmith- This armored Blacksmith has more health than any other engineer, at 150. He fires rocket-powered Iron Fists that he can control via moving his crosshair. Where his crosshair moves, the Fists follow. The fists create no explosion, but deal heavy impact damage. The damage is around 50-55 per fist.
Artic Researcher- The Artic Researcher studies all things Ice and Snow, and he uses a custom Snow gun to freeze Plants. The Snow gun is a continuous spray similar to the spray chompers. The spray freezes enemies after a certain time period. The spray does around 4-7 damage/second.
Basketball Star- The Basketball Star is unique in a few ways. First off, he is the only All-Star with an actual magazine size. However, his gun fires large Basketballs that create an explosion of power. These explosions are the largest of all the All-Stars with splash damage. The impact damage is around 15-18, and the blast damage is around 5-8.
Captain Rockbrainz- Captain Rockbrainz may not be bright, but he packs a punch. His primary fire unleashes a cluster of pebbles and the aim fire fires an arcing rock that deals heavy damage but moves very slow. He also has more health, at 150, but moves slower than other Pirates The pebble shot deals around 25-30 damage, while the rock deals 65-70 damage.
Magma Brainz- Drawing his power from the continuous fire on his head, Magma Brainz punches slower, but hits slightly harder and lights up plants he hits. His laser is a full-auto Magma Blast similar to Cozmic Brainz's laser. The punches deal 40, 40, and 80 damage in that combo, while the beam does 4-6 damage.
Garbage Imp- A professional dumpster diver, Garbage Imp's dual pistols fire random junk in a 4-round burst that toxicify enemies. The junk does around 8-12 damage per piece of junk. His mech is a giant trash can he made himself out of random parts. The mech's HP is 350, and fires a single shot Garbage Bag that explodes and infects enemies with toxic damage. The bag does 50 direct damage and 30 splash damage. Its two abilities are:
Garbage Bombardment- The Mech fires out a barrage of 20 garbage mortars that randomly strike enemies nearby from the skies. The damage is 25 impact and 10 splash. Cooldown: 30 sec.
Toxic Pummel- The Mech explodes its toxic fury, knocking back enemies and infecting them with toxicity. The explosion also increases the movespeed of the Mech by 30%. The explosion does 75 damage. Cooldown: 35 sec.
