It's fine. I love when people criticize stuff I say. Just don't be a * about it. Also about the three things you pointed out:
Basketball Star is designed to be similar to Agent Pea, as fast as you can pull the trigger. I guess I forgot to point that out in the description.
Junkyard Pea is designed as a very close range character. Since a lot of people tend to either a) go full flank mode or b) snipe when playing the Peashooter. I designed the Junkyard Pea for the first category.
I always forget that Roadie Z has more health, so I'm thinking of buffing the health to 175 or even 200.
Also, I only included the Chomper idea because I wanted to think of something for each class besides Torchwood and Hovergoat.

I can't draw really well, so its completely fine if you drew out some of these ideas.
Some interesting ideas for sure. I love the hazmat idea for a toxic style character. Sunflowers are my favorite plants so I really want an ice and frozen version of them someday so your frosty sunflower is a big thumbs up.
Chompers are my least favorite class overall but also a staple of the game so more variants is fine. Unlocking new variants has always been part of the fun in the GW series.
I thought about a basketball star too but wanted a bowling star more as I posted elsewhere. Volleyball star would be another one maybe someday.
Even if some variants are not immediately balanced it's good to stipulate on new ideas as it can make the community and the devs take note and possibly inspire them to add stuff to the game so I heartily encourage posts like this.
