2 player offline split screen for GW2 Xbox One

theirs a tv screen in both bases walk up to one activate it then start p2 controller and run through sign in as guest or use ea account to let them use all characters besides stock

You can play in the backyard, private ops, and private multiplayer offline.  Also the solo campaigns, but not in split screen.

You can't play this game offline. You need an internet connection and at least xbox silver (which is free) to play it, even alone with bots.

 If you just mean activating split screen, its done at the TV set in each base.

??  I'm not sure what you mean.  You can't play mystery portal offline.  Do you mean infinity time?  I guess I consider that to fall into the categories I listed, but it's good that you mention it.

stand in front of the quest board and turn around towards the main entrance to either base.
To the right, you will see a television screen.
Go up to it and access it, then the second player can log in and their profile will be loaded and splitscreen will be enabled.

in the base you will see a large split  TV screen, go up to it and press B, I ma on Xbox one, I assume its the same on all devices

I can't find a TV screen either. The game starts in a road with no TV screens around
