not quite level 46'd but close enough
Hello, first time using EA support forums.
Recently (To be specific April 22nd) I got "Level 46'd" as I think people refer to it as.
However, Checking in Today (April 30th) I had noticed all of my levels had been set to Legal amounts, allowing me to connect to Online matches again, thankfully, however, three issues persisted:
1. I lost approximately 200,000 PvZ coins, I assume this was a part of the original Level 46 Glitch, Since I couldn't find anyone else who'd had this side effect, surprisingly.
2. ALL of my characters were set to master rank incorrectly, This prevents me from leveling up and obtaining their upgrades, and less importantly, their promotion money bonus.
while I did have a select few characters at master rank (specifically Metal Petal, Hockey star, and Deadbeard), No other characters were at master rank, my highest was Super Commando, at elite, Roughly at level 6, also notably shadow flower, at roughly specialist, at level 3.
3. My rank was set to 54, originally my rank was about 3~4, but during the original level 46 glitch, my rank was artificially increased to 54, strangely, with only around 55 of the "points", I do not remember what the smaller point value is called, unfortunately.
my request is simple, restore my account to its stats from roughly April 19~20th, as well as restoring my 200,000 PvZ coins that I lost (I assume) as a result of the level 46 glitch.
