Mirror-Nut a pretty generously designed card as it is, and is very capable of going out of control, especially when multiple are in play. The fact that a complete pummelling of Mirror-Nut hits is able to be countered by the same block, where in most games, the opponent is unable to remove their zombies out of the path of the array of nut plants that are in likely play, is the only way it may be deemed fair.
Basically, Mirror-Nut is pretty powerful as it is. Any further improvements would make it extremely broken.
Let's say you are correct. If that is the function of multiple mirror nuts, it should be admitted. Stated. Not a hidden feature. But.
Considering the advantages that have been pointed out with these plants:
Sgt. Strawberry
Navy Beans (as I understand them)
And this zombie:

Your argument appears weak. Generously designed is generously designed. Fixing it doesn't make it broken.
