4 Weeks, 4 Trials, 4 Red Chests... NO KEYS?!?

What is the deal? 75% chance of a key for each 50 rainbow star chest and after 4 weeks of opening the chest, I have no keys to show for it. The odds are extremely poor (like 1%), that I wouldn't get a key by now. I really believe that your "System" is flawed or glitching at the least. Please fix or explain WHY this happened. Not much fun to wait on new characters when you don't even have a single key while others are already opening the multi-star chests already.

    This has been complained about it already. I suggest you look at other topics.

    Also, it's isn't flawed. I received all 4 keys and so did some users here.

    Some of us have been posting in another thread recently, with 1 key from 4 chests. No keys though? Damn. I think the odds of no keys from 3 chests are 1 in 64, and the odds of no keys from 4 chests are 1 in 256. The problem for all of us is that the next chest still only has a 75% chance, regardless of how unlucky we have been. It's entirely possible that some poor souls will go 5, 6 maybe even 7 weeks with no keys. Meanwhile others have their reward characters from the same time investment and don't have to grind the crappy portal events any more. Golf clap for Popcap.
