I cant open the 50 rainbow star chest on the new event it says i have opened it when havent i need help because i want to open it

@Chronisal @xxepiczzxx Hi, we are looking into this issue, it appears that the chests spawned in this state, at least for some people.

Please hold on to your stars for now, hopefully we can have an update for you soon.

i had the same problem now i need to famr star again cause i opened the other 2 chest... i even try talking with ea support but they cant reset it :/

I was online when the townhall opened and my 50 star chest was also already open. I had 50 stars saved up so I could open it right away. I did open the other chests though.

I'm having the same issue. I had already opened the 10 and 30 star chests. Saved up my stars so I could open the 50 right away but it spawned already opened. Please fix.

I opened the chest last week and today only the 10 and 30 star chests were closed again O.o
I didnt open the 50* chest but it was already opened

Can anybody help me pls`?
