7 day win streak bonus pack doesn't appear!

Hi

It's the third time that happen already... after I win the 7th daily challenge I "get" the bonus pack but it doesn't open! it goes into the "collection" Icon and disappear...  this is very frustrating!  please fix this and try to compensate with free packs, cause that annoying glitch isn't really fair...

Or maybe I'm missing something?
