- @asilverspoon1 Can you provide to me, the platform you play on, and are you using WiFi, Mobile Data or none (if playing on a mobile device)?
I play on iPhone and I use WiFi
- @asilverspoon1 Ok, thanks for that. Make sure you are logged in to your purchasing Apple ID account and have enough funds in it first of all. If that’s not the issue, try using Mobile Data (and turn WiFi off) just while you try to make the purchase, it may work. If none of these options work, try and login to a different Apple ID (or create another one) and try to make the purchase on that account instead.

- @asilverspoon1 Alright, you may need to contact EA Help then and open a case, if you are on Plants vs Zombies 1, go to this link and report your issue there: https://help.ea.com/au/popcap/plants-vs-zombies/. They should be able to assist you without trouble.
I did just that - I've spent a month going back and forth with tech support trying to reinstate my purchase on a new device. After trying to figure out if it was user or device error, they kicked the problem back to me and said to try the forums.
It's so frustrating.
I suppose EA do not really want to support this game or solve issues because it is an old title! ☹️
