Several of us have wondered why they tried to "fix" something that wasn't broken? All they had to do was build off GW2 and they would have had a smash hit. I don't know why they broke from that theme and went to this neighborville thing. They made this game WAY too cartoonish and juvenile, all the way down to the trailer. I don't think this game will last more than 6 months unless they give everyone some major free stuff or some other incentive to put up with their very poor customer service.
