Garden Warfare 2, SoftLocked Maxed out Characters

I was logging onto Garden Warfare 2, and noticed a black screen, I could hear my game but not see it. Luckily I managed to get off the black screen by interacting with the environment then clicking respawn.

Then I noticed the character I was playing was maxed out when it shouldn't be. I noticed all the coins and stars have saved up wasn't there either. So I go to the characters section and all my characters are like that, even the ones i haven't unlocked yet. And now currently all my characters say MAX, and can't gain any new skills or coins from them i can still play luckily but can't gain anything from it. So I googled it to see what it was and it says I was hacked. Which made sense as the game I was playing before i got logged onto their was a hacker. So I assumed it came from that. I asked EA Help on what to do but no luck. Then I tried again today and was told to make this post. 

Happened on the 12/04/2026 (12the April 2026). On PC.
